Daycast screens orders for fraud and unauthorized or illegal activity. The company reserves the right to refuse order processing due to suspected fraud, contact users to confirm orders, cancel accounts, or refuse service. These measures protect both customers and Daycast.
Purchasing products or services (a “Transaction”) may require providing credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing addresses, and shipping information. Users represent they have legal right to use their payment methods.

Daycast and the Daycast logo are registered trademarks. All other trademark names, products, service names, designs, and slogans are their respective owners' property. All rights are reserved.
Daycast is not liable for third-party content or materials, including errors, omissions, or losses from use. Daycast does not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee third-party content completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability.
Users assume all responsibility and risk regarding Site or App use. The Site, the App, and all content, merchandise, and other information on or accessible from or through this Site or the App are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, or accuracy.
Daycast specifically does not warrant that: (1) Site or App information is correct, accurate, or reliable; (2) Site or App functions are uninterrupted or error-free; or (3) defects will be corrected or the Site, App, or serving servers are virus-free or free from harmful components.
Site or App information regarding products is for informational purposes only. Users should read and strictly follow product labels, packaging inserts, manufacturer directions, and warnings, and seek independent professional advice as appropriate.
Total purchase prices include products plus applicable sales tax based on shipping addresses and current rates.
Users agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Daycast, its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and defense expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from user Site or App use, Terms violations, or law or third-party rights violations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Daycast, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, subsidiaries, suppliers, affiliates, or third parties providing information on this Site or the App be liable to any user for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Site or the App.
Maximum aggregate liability is limited to amounts users paid to Daycast for the event causing liability.
All Site, App, and Terms matters are governed by and construed according to New York State laws without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
Any Claims shall be exclusively submitted to confidential and binding arbitration in New York, New York. Exception: If intellectual property rights are violated or threatened, Daycast may seek injunctive or appropriate relief in New York state or federal courts.
You shall not be entitled to join or consolidate claims in arbitration by or against other users or to arbitrate any claim as a representative or member of a class or in a private attorney general capacity.
Any claim you have must be commenced within one (1) year after the date the claim arises. You and Daycast hereby voluntarily and knowingly waive any right either may have to a jury trial.
Daycast may update Site and App content. The company reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. Continued Site or App use after posting changes constitutes acceptance and agreement with changes.
